Project Site 1 Design & Construction Work

Secure support services to deliver Project through the following: 1) RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design (Refresh); 2) RIBA Stage 3 Design; 3) RIBA Stage 4 Design; 4) Procurement and Cost activities to support the RIBA stages; 5) Generate QinetiQ Offer(s) for RIBA Stage 5 Construction delivery. Shelter to be reconfigured to enable the facility to support additional equipment for current and future requirements. Refine the RIBA Stage 2 Design through to RIBA Stages 3 & 4, with associated costs, by Q3 2025, to enable construction work to commence in Q4 2025 for on-site delivery by Q3 2026.
