This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is issued to those bidders wishing to provide a tender to South Oxfordshire District Council and the Vale of White Horse District Councils ('the Employer') for the Café Design & Refurbishment, Toilets Upgrade and Minor Fire Door Works at The Cornerstone Arts Centre in Didcot and The Beacon Arts Centre in Wantage (the "Contract").
