Medium Term Areas of Focus

An Essex Transformation Partnership is needed to support this transformation at both a strategic and operational level across a range of important areas of focus for Essex County Council. The overall ambitions of the Essex Transformation Partnership are: 1) To reframe how the customer approaches key areas of work so that they can deliver the outcomes set in the Organisation Strategy and put these services on a financially sustainable footing from 2020/21 onwards; and 2) To build our internal culture and capability so that they are able to drive insight-led transformation across the business for the future, linking in with the customers new workforce strategy.
