Highways England (HE) is looking to award a work package for the provision of commercial services and support for the Smart Motorways Programme. Commercial management services are required to commence on the 1st April 2020 and continue until 31st March 2021 to deliver the services detailed in Section 3, to support the Highways England integrated teams on projects (as listed below) and to manage the commercial and contractual issue during the transition into the Alliance and to support other related commercial processes and functions across the SMP programme.
