he Authority sought to procure a supplier to carry out the PCH LCR Main Works contract via a tender process using Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6088 Lot 4.1 following an Expression of Interest (EOI) stage to shortlist to three bidders. The form of contract used is NEC 4 ECC Option A with amendments including the use of Secondary Option X22 (Early Contractor Involvement).
