CANNING LINE

Canning Line To ensure we are driving down our environmental impact here at the farm, we are seeking bids for a second hand canning line. The machine will fill 6000 cans per hour, will consist of a 'de-palletiser' which unloads the empty cans from a pallet into the machine, and a 'uniblock' which will rinse, fill and seam the can. Aiming to keep our capital costs to a minimum, we then plan to utilise the existing tunnel pasteuriser, labeller and and end of line packing machines that already exist for glass bottles, meaning we can almost half the capital cost of a 'complete' canning line.
