Traffic management system at Woodman's Mews

Hammersmith and Fulham wishes to procure the design, installation and maintenance of a traffic management system at Wormwood Scrubs open space in West London. The location is a private access road which serves several organisations which use or occupy the space. Traffic management and unauthorised access has become an increasing issue in this location over the last few years and a robust proposal is now required.
