The services required include: External audit and completion of year-end financial statements to include an interim audit. Report to the Audit and Risk Committee at both planning and findings stages of the interim and final audits including recommendations for improvements. Professional services in connection with the Corporation Tax affairs of the company including computations and making returns to the Revenue together with any correspondence required for HM Revenue and Customs.
