RESEARCH PROJECT REPORTING ON THE FUTURE OF HOUSING MANUFACTURE & CONSTRUCTION IN THE WEST MIDLANDS

An RfQ was developed to commission a consultancy firm to lead a research project on the future of residential construction in the West Midlands, focussing on the existing cluster of firms in the region working with modern methods of construction, and identifying any further construction technologies producing low embodied and operational carbon. The commission also include a review of the policy enviroment surrounding residential construction and review of the skills gap for this sector.
