EBC JM Commercial and Residential Property Management Agent - AWARD

Elmbridge Borough Council is initiating a restricted procedure for the Property Management services of the Council's residential and commercial premises in accordance the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). The Council has currently approximately 13 commercial buildings , and approximately six residential buildings. The Council has a statutory and corporate responsibility to ensure the wellbeing, safeguard and the health and safety of its residents, tenants, staff and visitors. Consequently, the successful contractor(s) will be required to provide full Property Management Services.
