Description

Voluntary ex ante transparency notice Leidos intend to place a contract for 3 years with SportsMed Products Ltd for the supply of support for Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmills. The contract is intended to be placed with SportsMed Products Ltd under Section 32 (2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 using the Negotiated Procedure without prior publication for technical reasons. SportsMed Products Ltd are the only supplier able to provide support for the Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill. The range for the estimated total value over the life of the agreement is 156 160 - 390 400 GBP. The award value range shown above is based on the maximum estimated demand over the 3 year period. This value includes provision for options made in the original Logistics Commodities and Services Transformation (" LCST") contract which, it is anticipated, the Customer will take up during the lifetime of the awarded framework. Any items included in these options will be within the scope of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes. Further Leidos may be required to: (i) add additional in scope items to the Schedule of Requirement (SoR) during the life of the contract (and/or (ii) to manage the range of items supplied under the Agreement (for instance, by de-listing slow moving or obsolescent items and/or adding new/replacement in-scope items).
