Description

The purpose of the commission is to deliver an extended phase 1 habitat survey for the former Keele Golf Course site in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The site is proposed to be developed into four areas for potential residential development and a new countryside park. A site promotion document has been drafted for the site, which indicates the potential development areas and the area to be retained as a countryside park, the extended phase 1 is required for the whole site.
