Circle Housing Property Services - Scaffolding contractors for Direct Labour Organisation

Circle Housing Property Services (CHPS) is a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) providing reactive repairs and void works to Circle Housing providers from four locations in East Anglia, Cambridgeshire, Essex/Herts, and Surrey. CHPS has a requirement for scaffolding services in each of these areas, often at reasonably short notice as the majority of works are reactive rather than planned maintenance. CHPS's preference is to engage with local SME's who can provide a reliable and responsive service for each particular location. Prior to commencing with any procurement process, CHPS wish to ascertain the interest from scaffolding contractors in the East and South East for a proposed contract of 2-3 years and around £100K-£150K total value.
