The provision of minor roofing services to housing properties

The contract is for the provision of minor roofing services and repairs only to the Council's housing properties. Each task allocated to the successful contractor will be subject to a maximum value of £1,000.00 (excluding VAT and the costs of associated scaffolding, if any is required). All roofing repairs that have an estimated value in excess of £1,000.00 will be subject to alternative quotations. The Council does not commit to requiring any volume of services during the contract term.
