Winter Pressures Support for the Homeless

The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of a referrals service for homelessness clients who need support to access and engage with healthcare and help to register with a GP to longer term support accessing. To produce and distribute further health related communications over winter based on emerging priorities. Outreach efforts to ensure people experiencing homelessness receive their Covid-19 vaccination. To be delivered by March 2022
