Conversion of Property at 172 Wakefield Road

Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for conversion of the building at 172 Wakefield Road from a structurally sound building, into a four bedroomed property. Full decoration and statutory services are to be included (gas, electric and water supplies) and a turnkey handover is required. This contract is anticipated to commence on 26 October 2023 and will expire on 06 May 2024, with the provision to extend for one (1) further period of four (4) weeks.
