provision for Traineeships across a range of Business Support functions. We would like these to provide opportunities in a range of disciplines, to meet the varying needs and interests of learners. We require learners to be able to select between an in-depth work placement, where they spend their time in one or two key business areas, and the alternative of a rotation package, where they get to explore a range of different business functions and departments during their placement. In all cases, the work placement should be of high quality and give learners access to a range of skills which will enhance their employment prospects.
