The London Borough of Hackney is procuring a Design, Build, Operate, and Maintain (DBOM) contractor for the Colville Heat Network (CHN). This contract covers the design and construction of a low-carbon energy centre and heat distribution system, connecting over 1,300 homes, public buildings, and commercial spaces.
