CY05974 - HALFWAY NURSERY INFANTS SCHOOL OFFICE BLOCK REPLACEMENT

The project is the demolition of the existing office block and the design and construction of a new block including all fitting out together with alterations to existing services and toilet areas, remedial works to existing drainage and sundry ancillary works.\r Provision of temporary office space and toilets is also required.\r The project will be carried out in a strict phasing arrangement to ensure that any intrusive work (e.g. demolition of existing building, cutting off and altering services) is carried out during school holiday periods.
