Description
Residential property renting or leasing services. Information systems. To provide Service personnel in the United Kingdom (UK) of Great Britain and Northern Ireland including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, with Substitute Accommodation (both for Single Service Personnel and Service Family Personnel). The requirement, which could be impacted by changes to be implemented as part of the UK Government's New Employment Model (NEM) for Service Personnel, includes but is not limited to sourcing properties; entering into such agreements as required to fulfil the requirement; optimising value for money, showing properties to the prospective occupant; providing an interface between the provider and the occupant; undertaking move-ins, pre move-outs and move-outs; ensuring maintenance is undertaken as necessary; providing a 24/7 helpline facility; providing furniture and furnishings when required; payment of ongoing costs (to include but not be limited to utility costs, lease costs, etc) and reclaiming the same from the Authority in arrears; assessing and setting dilapidations; providing temporary accommodation if Substitute Accommodation is not procured; providing direct access to and use of the Contractor's Information System from the RLI; complying with the Authority's standards including but not limited to JSP 604, JSP 440, Security, Technical, Interoperability and Data standards; providing a capability to interface with the Authority's Management Information System; processing all data under instruction from the Authority in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This will be a 3 year Contract with an option to extend for 2 years.
