CBC-0616-T-LS Employment & Skills Learning Programmes 2016-18 - AWARD

The Council is seeking to use a combination of accredited and non-accredited learning to support the delivery of flexible and responsive provision to adult learners (19+) who are unemployed, economically inactive or whose prior attainment is below a full level 2 qualification, in order to progress them into further learning or closer to the labour market. Progression to positive learning or employment outcomes for learners is critical and will need to be demonstrated within any tender response.
