Description
Expressions of interest are sought for research into the existent market for alternative provision. The service will include investigation into the supply of, and demand for AP, as well as the current effectiveness and efficiency of the market. The methodology is comprised of three stages: first, focus groups will assist the development of a national survey(s). Second, the national survey(s) will need to be issued to local authorities, with the responsibility of preparing local authorities with the contractor. Finally, visits to local authorities will need to be carried out in order to uncover the strategic and operational issues faced. The word limit on this Expression of Interest is 1500 words. This project sits alongside "Current Practice in Alternative Provision" for which the department also invites Expressions of Interest. "DFERPPU/2017/024"
