Description
The project objective is to redevelop the Town Hall complex to provide a sustainable, modern, fit for purpose and financially viable new office space for Rother officers and other public services (DWP, ESCC, NHS etc.), alongside civic space for organisations such as Bexhill Town Council and the RVA. Release Amherst Road building to provide 14 town centre flats, supporting local housing supply targets. This Employers Agent appointment will be set out in two distinct phases: RIBA 0-3 (to getto planning determination) then RIBA 4-7 should planning be achieved and progress to delivery approved by Cabinet and Council. The EA duties will include: Employer's Agent Project Management Principal Designer (CDM) Contract Administrator Quantity Surveyor (cost consultant)
