PAS 2023 Accreditation The Contractor shall demonstrate PAS 2030 accreditation or equivalent technical competence in the installation of energy efficiency and retrofit-related measures. The Contractor is required to deliver at pace, c400 windows from contract commencement to 31 March 2027.
