This Framework is beingset up to support Members with specific roof replacement programmes and/new roof installations. The mainelements covered by this framework will be: —Complete Roofing Replacements — flat and pitched roofs. —General works associated with the above. The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but notlimited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, studentaccommodation and schools.
