BSH/HRA/New Build Home Project - Bell Close - Design Stage (PCSA)

Award of a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to EQUANS (formerly Engie) for a small scale HRA Housing project at Bell Close. The project at Bell Close is anticipated to deliver 9 new 1 bedroom affordable homes and the Council is currently working up a proposal for a planning application. EQUANS has been engaged in a PCSA agreement which allows for their early involvement in the project. This is needed in order to fill scope gaps which are required to meet key planning deliverables (Sustainability, Mechanical/Electrical & Structure/Civils/Ground Investigations).
