QI Business Case - Tobacco SMI Programme

The contract seeks to implement a quality improvement programme with MH settings, directly working with staff and patients/ service users. The focus of the quality improvement programme will be specifically on tobacco dependency services and offers within that setting, with the aim of addressing cultural issues and social norms that may undermine investment in these services.
