Description
Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC) using the Open Tender Procedure. Sir Julien Cahn Pavilion is owned and operated by Rushcliffe Borough Council. It is a community facility building which is available for hire by the public. The building is a detached single storey structure circa 100 years old and is of traditional timber frame construction. The main hall is double story height and of iron portal frame construction. Sir Julien Cahn Pavilion is located within West Park which is a public open space which also includes a sports changing pavilion, tennis courts, cricket field and car parking. A private detached residential house is adjacent to the Sir Julien Cahn Pavilion The nature of the works are upgrade and refurbishment works including building fabric thermal improvements and de-carbonisation works.
