Eaglewood AP School

The design and construction of a new extension to the current Phoenix Children's Centre along with the refurbishment of the existing building and associated landscaping works (Appendix A – Site Plan phase one). This will include submission of planning. Once the school has been constructed and available for occupation the classrooms will be removed by others and (Appendix A – Site Plan phase two) works will need to be completed.
