Mixenden Youth Centre - Flat to Pitch Roof

The works shall compromise of design and installation of a new flat to pitch roofing system. The works are to include all design requirements to achieve building control approval with reference to structural design, fire safety and thermal efficiency, the design is to take into account future installation of solar PV panels to the new roof structure. The design should visually represent the drawings supplied. All works are to be undertaken as per the chosen manufacturers specification and drawings.
