Ivanti Move From ISM On-Premise to Cloud

Ivanti move from ISM on-premise to Cloud (Ivanti Hosted) including a 3-year License Subscription. Ivanti is used by the IT Service Desk to manage and monitor all IT support calls, logged by the business including critical HMCG IT services. The current system is server based and therefore an upgrade to a cloud platform is essential. A cloud platform will reduce heavy reliance on support and maintenance from third party suppliers this will also provide richer functionality and accessibility and provide modernised and improved security and support. Finally, this will eliminate the need for tech resources to be on call during upgrades.
