SSA0194 - Provision of a Managed Learning Service

2.7 The requirement is a Managed Learning Service to act as a single point of contact for the sourcing and delivery of all external training from 2022 onwards together with the provision of a managed Learning Management System, with an increased scope beyond the current system that includes a Competence Management System, enabling individuals and line managers access to a competence catalogue (including elearning) and booking system. A detailed description of the scope is set out in Appendix A.
