This system will be used to manage planning applications, Building Control applications, Tree Works applications, enforcement complaints, community infrastructure levy/ developer contributions and land charges. The contract starts on 8 November 2021 and runs until 31 July 2025. Extension 1 - 1 August 2025 - 31 July 2027 Extension 2 - 1 August 2027 - 7 November 2028 Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the total length of this contract would be for 7 years. This contract was awarded through the CCS Data and Applications Solutions Framework (RM3821) and the maximum contract period is 7 years.
