Brief Description of Requirement The overarching aim of this project is to map systematically the full range of emissions reporting approaches and what decarbonisation outcomes they are involved in supporting. This will also necessitate work to understand the different approaches to the underlying activity of emissions monitoring, and the relationship to emissions reductions target-setting.
