Whites Close St Agnes - Internal remodelling of 30 Properties

Cornwall Housing Ltd wishes to appoint a competent and capable contractor to carry out internal remodelling of 30 properties at Whites Close, St Agnes. The project scope is to create an open plan kitchen, dining, living room and wet floor shower with patio door and patio. Ten properties are currently unoccupied so work can commence in December. Works to the remaining units will be programmed accordingly with the project manager for completion in 2018.
