Recruitment - Turnaround Director

1.6 The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive Turnaround Director Services. The key objectives are: • Demonstrable month on month improvement of the run rate • Ensure delivery of minimum 25m FEP, with stretch to 30m for 18/19 (real cash out) • Build clinical engagement in a rolling FEP process • Assess the 'route to zero' and build a credible plan for delivery of a balanced financial position or better • Work with the PMO to build their skills so that United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust has a fully fit for purpose function • Build relationships with key NHSI stakeholders • Build plans for 19/20 FEP
