STEM International Teacher Recruitment and Associated Services- Acclimatisation. A-Day Consultants Ltd t/a Quantum Scholars Ltd

As part of the STEM International Teacher Recruitment Programme, the Department for Education (DfE) intend to commission the service via the International Teacher Recruitment and Associated Services framework. A single acclimatisation provider will be appointed and will work alongside regional networks and maths and physics subject specific organisations to deliver an international STEM acclimatisation support package including training, support, mentoring, CPD and resources bespoke to the individual school and teacher's needs. The supplier will be required to deliver the following: • The acclimatisation package is to be made available to teachers once appointment has been confirmed • Residential acclimatisation event in August 2019, for teachers starting in post in September 2019. • Ongoing support and CPD for recruited teachers • A second residential event will be expected to take place for teachers commencing in post in January 2019. • An evaluation on the delivery of the programme in July 2020.
