South Yard Phase One East

Mini Competition Part 2 for South Yard Phase One East under the Southern Construction Framework. The requirement for the first phase is to deliver direct development in Area 1 East, currently 2 buildings together with the associated infrastructure, services, hard and soft landscaping. This work is targeted to be completed by October 2017 at an estimated total cost of £4.98m (excl. client side fees). There is also potential to progress further building development in Area 1 East and other development areas subject to securing further funding.
