The provision of Equality and Inclusion Training and Consultancy to the Chief Constable of Hampshire Constabulary

This award relates to the provision of specialist Equality and Inclusion accredited training and subject matter expert consultancy services. The provider will be responsible for delivering accredited Level 4 training in respect of Equality and Inclusion Management and Leadership to Mid-Management levels within the Force. As well as providing expert consultancy to assist in the development and when required, delivery of a bespoke, sustained, and informed Continual Professional Development (CPD) training initiative for the whole force. The procurement activity was conducted as a mini competition via the YPO Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) YPO Training Solutions for the Wider Public Sector LOT 20 Equality and Inclusion.
