The London Borough of Hillingdon requires R&D asbestos Surveys to be completed on all dwellings within the following High Rise Blocks 1. 2-96 Harding House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 48 Dwellings (26No.Two bed dwellings and 22No. One bed dwellings) 2. 1-96 Melbourne House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 96 Dwellings (72No.Two bed dwellings and 24No. One bed dwellings) 3. 1-79 Rabb Mill House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 79 Dwellings (52No.Two bed dwellings and 27No. One bed dwellings) 4. 1-12 14-31 Queens Lodge, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 30 Dwellings (24No.Two bed dwellings and 6No. One bed dwellings) 5. 1-72 Fairlie House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 72 dwellings. (18No.Two bed dwellings and 54No. One bed dwellings) 6. 1-72 The Gouldings,This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 72 No. Dwellings (18No.Two bed dwellings and 54No. One bed dwellings) 7. 1-75 Skeffington Court, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 75 Dwellings (20No.Two bed dwellings and 55No. One bed dwellings) 8. 1-48 Wellings House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 48 Dwellings (48No.Two bed dwellings) 9. 1-48 Fitzgerald House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 48 Dwellings (48No.Two bed dwellings) 10. 1-48 Glenister House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 48 Dwellings (48No.Two bed dwellings) The works include, but not limited to the Design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully detailed Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, within 370No Two bed Dwellings and 242No One bed dwellings across 10No High Rise general needs Housing Blocks. The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. No access to dwellings available during tender period
