DUD - Case Management System for the Regional Adoption Agency

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council will undertaking this tender exercise on behalf of the Regional Adoption Agency (RAA), adoption@heart . The Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) will be operational from October 1st 2018. It will operate across the local authority areas of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton and combine their current adoption services into a new regional agency. Services to be provided: The vision for the adoption@heart is that it will: o find a permanent, stable family as swiftly as possible for all children who need it o ensure all adopters are fully prepared and supported o support birth parents to understand why adoption is best for their children.
