The provision of a single technical supplier to deliver excellence across the support and lifecycle release of all Home Office's Metis technical services. The successful supplier will have a track record in delivering and enhancing cross SaaS, PaaS, IaaS services, ensuring services are delivered and supported at the highest standard. The successful supplier is expected to show how they can support current live services (adhering to the established Metis design and service principles, utilising the current tooling and processes) and also how through innovation they can deliver the future benefits required by Metis
