16-17/C/030 - Provision of Lone Worker Protection Services

The Contract is for the provision of Lone Worker Provision Services. Included in this contract is also the training provision for all initial staff members who use lone working protection; this amounts to around 270 individuals in requirement of a lone worker protection solution. The aim of this contract is to provide County Durham Housing Group, its three subsidiaries (Dale and Valley Home, East Durham Homes and Durham City Homes) and the groups in house maintenance team (Group Property Services) with lone worker protection services for an initial 36 month period. The aim of this contract is to set up a contract that offers the best possible service in lone worker protection for CDHG staff members and to also achieve the best value for money by having one contract that covers the entire Group.
