Provision of Confidential Counselling

This procurement exercise is for the provision of a confidential counselling service to East Riding of Yorkshire Council employees and employees of other organisations who under service level agreement purchase occupational health services from East Riding of Yorkshire Council occupational health service. The Council buys in counselling services from an external provider and uses counselling as a tool to reduce the impact of mental health issues on the Council, which can reduce absence levels, maintain productivity and avoid litigation.
