24023 Further Competition under ESPO framework Parking Management Solutions 509_23 Lot 4 for Parking and Enforcement IT system

The Contract is for the supply of an IT system for parking management and associated handheld hardware to enable the Customer to undertake the issuing, management and processing of Penalty Charge Notices and the processing of parking permits This procurement is for the Parking team's IT system for Notice Processing and permits . This will be a 36 month initial term with the option of 12 month extension. This term does not include the implementation period. A further competition will be undertaken using the ESPO Parking Management Solutions 509_23 Lot 4 under PCR 2015
