Description
Leeds City Council is seeking to procure an integrated electronic rostering and monitoring solution from a single Contractor. Within Leeds City Councils Adult Social Care (ASC) Directorate there are a number of services which roster staff to provide care to service users either in their own home (Reablement), Extra Care Housing Units (Extra Care Housing), in LCC homes for older people (Residential Homes for Older People) or Mental Health Transitional Housing Units (MHTHUs). The solution should allow these services to efficiently match service user support requirements with available support worker resource and to plan and roster for the delivery of the required support. The ability to monitor the actual support delivered is required in order to better support service users, and better manage the delivery of support within the service going forward. The contract will be awarded for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend by 3 further periods of 12 months.
