Description
Oldham Council intends to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to provide consultancy services to develop and support the Co-Operative Councils Innovation Network (CCIN). The Co-operative Councils Innovation Network (CCIN) is a national network currently comprising of 26 local authorities who are committed to finding better ways of working for, and with, local people for the benefit of their local community. Suppliers should be able to: • inspire and design innovative co-operative policy over a number of policy areas and themes, with a focus on delivering differently and redesign of public services in line with co-operative values and principles • demonstrate the ability to build capacity and leave a legacy that continues to deliver outcomes even after the funding and supporting resources have moved out • bring credibility and profile to the work of the CCIN reaching across a wide range of sectors and agencies
