UOW916 Boiler Servicing & Reactive Mechanical Services (Plumbing) - AWARD

The purpose of this tender is to provide routine servicing of all boilers and water heaters on the University estate. In addition, the University is looking to appoint a contractor to respond to emergency callouts for reactive mechanical services (plumbing works), including boiler repairs, water leaks and drainage blockages across the University estate, including offsite residences. The University is also requesting day rates should the University require additional labour to complete plumbing works on the University Estate.
