Description
NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) have procured a central storage and retrieve on demand service for Lloyd George Medical Records, for participating practices across the HIOW Integrated Care System. This involves two processes: - Relocation of the paper record from the practices to the central store, including the barcoding and indexing of each record. - Retrieval of the paper record as required by the practice. The service has been procured via the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Document Storage, Records Management, and Integrated Solutions Framework The ICB are awarding to Restore Records Management Ltd for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The ICB reserves the right to include any practice within the stated footprint, over the life of the contract.
