Southend-on-Sea City Council wishes to purchase additional software for server and storage monitoring system (currently SolarWinds) and support for previously purchased software. The additional software needed fulfils the below roles: • Server & Application • Storage Monitoring • Virtualisation management • IP Address management • Database Performance Analyzer for virtualized environments. Restoration to current support for SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager DL500 perpetual licences that were purchased in the past. Technical support for all software, including training. Annual Remote Health check and recommendations report.
